Hamfest Table Reservation Form


DEAR EXHIBITOR

The Monroe County Radio Communications Association, invites you to participate in our ANNUAL HAMFEST. It will be held on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at the Monroe County Fair grounds, corner of M-50 and Raisinville Rd.

Prices for one 8 foot table will be $15.00.  No half spaces or half tables will be offered,  8 foot Trunk spaces will be $8.00 each. These prices do not include admission ticket. Advance tickets will be $6.00 each, these include two stubs with two chances to win. (These tickets are good for all drawings). All exhibitors are REQUIRED to have a ticket for each person 12 years or over.

All buildings have electric power available, please bring long extension cords. Wall space is limited to first come first serve.
